UK Mainland - Free
International - £9.95 per order (for Shipping, handling, packaging)
UK Delivery
UK deliveries are free and dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders placed by 3pm will be dispatched on that day (depending on the availability of the item) and the delivery is guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive by 1pm the next working day. Each order is allocated with an individual tracking number. Please note that Saturday delivery cannot always be guaranteed.
International Delivery
We ship to virtually any address in the world. However, please note that we do not deliver to countries where our clothes are sold exclusively by a foreign distributor. These countries include Austria, Norway, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands and Greece.

Returns
Our boutique shops will not accept website returns for any reason.
You are entitled to a product refund up to 14 days after receipt of goods. The returned products must be new, in perfect condition and complete with original swing tags attached. Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account within 7 working days of receipt, view the order using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the ‘My Account’ menu and click the ‘Return Item(s)’ button. We will email with the return address details. Please include your name and order number with the returned package. On receipt of the returned item(s), we will re-credit the original purchaser’s credit card with a full refund (excluding any delivery charges, unless the item was faulty). Please allow up to ten working days for the funds to reflect on your account, due to the time it takes the banks to process the transactions.
We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of despatch in case an item is lost. Please make sure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
If you are outside Europe it is extremely important to declare the goods as 'returned for refund goods' on the customs declaration as Traffic People will not be held liable for any import duties. If this instruction is not carried out, the cost of any customs duties may be deducted from your refund value or the item may be returned back to you at your cost.
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by Traffic People.
