UK Delivery
UK deliveries are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and should be delivered the next day (Mon-Fri). If you require priority service (1pm Next Day or Saturday Guarantee), please leave a comment on completing your order and we will try to fulfil your request accordingly. Orders placed by 4pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched on the same day (depending on the availability of the item). Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday or on the first working day in the case of bank holidays.
International Delivery
We ship to virtually any address in the world. However, please note that we do not deliver to countries where our clothes are sold exclusively by a foreign distributor. These countries include Austria, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands and Greece.

Returns
Our boutique shops will not accept website returns for any reason.
You are entitled to a product refund or replacement up to 14 days after receipt of goods. The returned products must be new, in perfect condition and complete with original swing tags attached. Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. We can replacment an item if the customer would like it in a different size or colour, but please note that this is dependent on stock availability. Replacements are sent out free of charge, but the return postage of the original item is incurred by the customer.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account within 7 working days of receipt, view the order using the ‘Complete Orders’ link under the ‘My Account’ menu and click the ‘Return Item(s)’ button. We will email with the return address details. Please include your name and order number with the returned package. On receipt of the returned item(s), we will re-credit the original purchaser’s credit card with a full refund (excluding any delivery charges, unless the item was faulty). Please allow up to ten working days for the funds to reflect on your account, due to the time it takes the banks to process the transactions.
We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of despatch in case an item is lost. 2nd class Recorded Delivery provides the cheapest option with a signature to prove delivery. Please make sure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by Traffic People.
If you are outside Europe it is extremely important to declare the goods as 'returned for refund goods' on the customs declaration as Traffic People will not be held liable for any import duties. If this instruction is not carried out, the cost of any customs duties may be deducted from your refund value or the item may be returned back to you at your cost.
