If you have any need to return your item which you purchased via our website, then we will accept returns requested within 14 days of the date dispatched from us, for Exchange or 'On-line Store Credit'. We must receive your item with 14 days of authorising your returns request. Our boutique shops will not accept website returns for any reason.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will not accept returns without the ''print off of the authorisation notice'' which you must print off and enclose with the item upon returning it. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.
The item must be in original clear cellophane packaging, with swing tag, unused.
Do not return your item before you have received an email showing' Return Authorised' then follow the link to your account where you'll need to print off that Authorisation Request number/details and enclose it with the item for return.
Any items: bought in the sale are non-returnable, using a discount code are not eligible for refund. Jewellery is not eligible for return. Handbags are returnable.
If Store Credit is to be issued then it will be available as soon as the return is processed. Store Credit does'nt have an expiry date. Gift Vouchers can be purchased using store credit.
We advise you to use a recorded delivery service. As we cannot be held liable for any items you return via unrecorded post.
Handling charges of £5 per item for: unauthorised returned items, missing original cellophane packaging, missing swing tag, spoilt or marked items.
If you are tyring for sizes/colours then additional items can be returned.
If an item is faulty: You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We endeavour to display goods on our site that are in stock, if however an ordered item is not available then we will advise you as soon as reasonably possible. You have the option of ordering an alternative or a refund of that item.
